Tom Warlow - Chairman

I’m Tom and apparently I’m the chairman. I’m here to serve any and all members of the society. I keep an eye on all the projects the society is involved in and make sure that everything is running smoothly. As well as that I’m here if any one wants someone to talk to and to make sure that you get the most out of your time with us. This year is going to see a lot of change in Rostra, we’re hoping to expand our membership numbers greatly and we want everyone to get involved in that. This society has been one of the highlights of my time here at Bangor and I hope that it can be that for you as well. 

Emily Cox - Secretary

Hey I'm Emily and am Rostra's secretary for now, writing minutes, typing them up and emailing them off (woops - I haven't that done yet). This will be my second year in Rostra now and I have done everything from acting to building sets to backstage manager to being a Marionette Dog.....the society is tremendous fun! Beach trips are one of the highlights as it gives us all a break from the stresses of uni life, a lot of us are into the clubbing scene in Bangor too or even going out for a quiet drink in the local pub. The society aren't all actor types we are all in different societies too so you never know who you are going to meet! In other words join! It's great fun....especially as I'm in it :) See you all in September and make sure you audition for my Pantomime!!!!!! xxx

Amber Brindley - Treasurer

Heya Im Amber. I am probably blessed with the most uninteresting job... Im the treasurer and in charge of all the money (yay me!!). On a serious note though all money matters go through me, it's me you must come to if you wish to claim money back for props, costumes etc (aslong as you have a reciept ;)). Ive been in Rostra for a year and I dont know how I would have coped with my first year without the people and the fun we all have together. Hope to see you all soon xoxo

Sara Burgess - Social Sec

Hi. I'm Sara. I'm social secretary for this year, and I'm currently getting drunk on Tesco value Malibu at a party. No joke. It's gonna be an awesome year, as I'm in charge of all the parties and general shindigs that'll happen this year and, as a Cardiff girl, i can promise they'll be epic :) I take care of all the fun stuff, and making sure that everyone has a year that if they don't remember, they'll at least have a wonderful bunch of friends to tell them about it the next day. Matt Heslop - Publications and Communications Officer

Hey all, I'm Matt and I'm the guy in charge of making posters and sending out E-mails (Among Other Things). This year will be my fourth year in Rostra, and I hope it proves to be as fun as the rest. I try to get involved in every aspect of Rostra, whether it be Acting, Directing, Writing, Set Building or running the lights for the shows. If you ever need me to do anything, I should be easy to find, as I'm either at the pub with the rest of the society, or working on one of the plays. I hope all you new members enjoy your time here and in Rostra as much as I have.
