Arcanii is the society for people who love to read and write. We are affiliated to the School of English, but we're open to anyone with a passion for literature. Our meetings are a chance for you to meet like-minded people to discuss anything to do with reading and writing. We organise trips to Speak-easys, poetry readings and theatres, and we'll consider anything else you want to do, such as film showings, trips, competitions and social nights. Meetings are also a chance for you to share ideas and get tips on your own writing. We also have a monthly Book Club, details of which are available here. Meetings
