Whether you have done boxing before, or a complete beginner, our club has something for every level. We train 3 times a week, Mondays and Thursdays at 9pm–10pm and Saturdays 2pm–4pm. We always train on normal site either in gym 1 or gym 2 so you will be able to find us. It’s one of the best workouts if you just want to get fitter and stronger. It’s great for girls and guys, and with the current success of boxing in the Olympics, we need more people to love this sport. Come and give it a go. There is nothing to lose!
