Afro-Caribbean Society (ACS) is based at Bangor University and aims at bringing together people with a common interest in African and Caribbean culture, whether it be the music, the food, the fashion or the lifestyle.
Membership is open to all regardless of race, colour, gender or religion and costs just £3. The society organizes a variety of cultural, educational, social and sporting activities with an emphasis on those that portray the multifaceted nature of African and Caribbean culture.
Our events provide the public with an opportunity to taste this diversity of culture, food, music, dance and fashion.
